Victoria was born and raised in Michigan, growing up in the metro Detroit area. Since high school, Victoria has always had an interest in law. When Victoria was working to receive her Bachelors’ Degree, Victoria realized that she wanted to help people through the confusing legal system.
Victoria moved to North Carolina with her now husband to go to law school at Elon University School of Law where she decided to stay and practice law. While in law school, Victoria served on the Moot Court Board where she helped plan and competed in internal and external moot court competitions. Victoria also helped with the Innocence Project, and in combination with her work at the Guilford County Public Defender’s office, she received a certificate of achievement for completing over 75 pro bono hours.
Victoria brings a unique perspective to Homesley & Wingo with her background in psychology. Victoria received her Bachelors’ Degree from Central Michigan University where she majored in Psychology. While studying psychology, Victoria learned more about how to understand and relate to people, which allows her to better help her clients with tough and challenging legal issues. Victoria is excited to join the experienced attorneys at Homesley & Wingo, and plans on focusing on Family Law, Criminal Law, and any other areas of law where she can help clients handle difficult and complex legal issues.
